Our leadership team
Our leadership team has long established track record in helping companies from around the world in increasing their market competitiveness though nearshoring and offshoring. They helped many corporations in migrating processes to Poland – drawing up a project plan first, managing expectations, mapping the process, documenting it, recruiting best talent and then moving on to transition, standardization, and – finally – automation.
A nearshoring and IT outsourcing executive, experienced in building and managing global and award-winning SSC and BPOs in Poland. Specializing in business and digital transformations. Previously a CFO with a track record of running eastern European finance departments. A KPMG auditor, ACCA Member and a Polish chartered accountant. Speaks English, German and Polish.
