Digital/Web Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital analytics/tag management strategy
  • This digital analyst would be responsible for the tagging of any new properties or undertagged properties (Tealium/Snowplow) that have been identified by the product manager • This role will also support the team in adding Quantum Metric tags to additional pages
  • This role will also lead the attribution/mapping effort for the AudienceStream CDP and will be supported by our internal product manager and Digital Analyst

Related Competencies

Required:

  • Data driven mindset with a minimum of 3+ years of work experience doing quantitative analysis at the digital campaign and customer level.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics packages (Snowplow Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and experience with tag management systems (Tealium/Google Tag Manager)
  • Proficient understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and the Document Object Model (DOM)
  • Understanding of how digital behavior, non-digital activity (e.g.: calls / call center), and business events can be combined to describe and know our customers
  • Highly analytical skill/mindset with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Curiosity and drive to improve the customer experience and engagement

Nice to have:

  • Experience using SQL for advanced database queries
  • Experience with mining / querying flat files (e.g.: AWS services like S3 Select or Athena, or Python or R)
  • Strong understanding of digital metrics especially in digital media channels
  • Familiarity with Agile project delivery
